Miami Spice will run through Halloween for the first time in its 25-year history. The extension adds a month of fixed-price menus at more than 400 restaurants across Greater Miami and Miami Beach. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau announced the extension on September 14, adding October to the 2026 edition of Miami Spice Restaurant Months. The program traditionally runs through August and September. Participating restaurants are offering three-course prix-fixe menus with at least 30% savings, according to the bureau. Brunch and lunch menus are priced at $40, while dinner menus are $50 or $65. Miami Spice Reserve, the program's premium tier, offers prix-fixe and tasting menus starting at $95. David Whitaker, president and CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, said in a statement that the extension gives diners more time to experience the collaboration between restaurants and chefs. "We're cognizant of what our restaurant community and their chefs mean to our visitor and diner experience and we're seizing this opportunity to offer diners and restaurants alike another month to celebrate," Whitaker said. Select restaurants will offer optional wine pairings from the program's official partners, Louis Pommery California sparkling wine and Château La Gordonne rosé. Uber Eats, the program's delivery and takeout partner, will continue offering special in-app deals from participating restaurants through the extension. The extension also gives diners more time to contribute to Camillus House, the official nonprofit beneficiary of Miami Spice. Restaurants in the program have QR codes on their menus that allow customers to donate. Contributions support meals, shelter, housing and other services provided by Camillus House.
